Terms of Use (for commissioned art)

- Use, post, share the art in whatever way you want except commercially, include credit in the form of a link to this site.
- Modify it in whatever way you want except for commercial purposes, include credit as above.
- Don't use in AI and anything related to AI or NFTs.
- Contact me if you plan to use commercially so we can discuss exact conditions and financial implications of such use. You will need to pay for a commercial license.
- I own all the rights to the art I produce.
- Payment is half up front and half when the piece is completed.
- No refunds once I start.
- You can request any changes for free when I send you the initial sketch. Once the painting process begins, changes (that are not due to artist error/missed details) will cost more or I may not be able to accommodate them at all.
